Time Is Of the Essence
The weather is warm. The flowers are in full bloom. And while Santa Claus is back at home preparing for next Christmas and the snow has melted away, we’re still in full-swing with gift-giving, aren’t we? Weddings and anniversaries. Graduations. Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. And, birthdays. This spring, you’re probably buying just as many gifts as you do during the winter holidays. I know I am.
So what’s the one gift that seems most appropriate for all or any of these occasions? A watch! It’s classic, useful, plus when chosen correctly, it can also be quite attractive. It’s a timeless gift. Pun intended.
I especially enjoy giving watches as a graduation gift. There’s just something so grown up about it. Being on time is a habit developed through maturity. Giving a nice watch to a high school or college grad is like saying, “Congratulations. You’re all grown up. Now be on time for your future.”
Take Seiko Kinetic Watches for example. The styles are so clean and streamlined that they can be worn in class or for an internship interview. The quality is also superior and the look is very rich, classy and attractive. In addition, the stainless steel styles are durable, for that young grad who is still going through his/her clumsy phase.
Below I chose a few of my favorite Seiko Kinetic Watches, for men and women, which can be given away as graduation gifts, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day gifts or any other special occasion. Happy shopping! And… happy spring gift-giving season!
You may be quick to think that this is a man’s watch, but I think it’s unisex. Many young women enjoy wearing larger faced watches. This one is Seiko SKA013.
The modern fashionista loves to mix her metals. This fashionable time piece is on-trend.

The young man who wears this watch is a man who knows he’s got a bright future ahead of him.
