I waited, and waited, and waited for my birthday, so that I could rationalize buying these amazing United Nude Lo-Res Pumps! Available in four colors, black, I thought was the best color to get the most ‘bang for the buck’, although I felt the magenta ones calling me as well! Rem D Koolhaas designed these with s semi-automatic design method, in which an object is digitally scanned into a 3D computer model and then recreated into various resolutions. Sounds cool right? They are! I’ve never seen such a pop out texture all over on a shoe before, and to add to the cool factor, the strap on the shoe can be removed, so that all you have is the all over 3D design. If you haven’t heard of United Nude before, the brand recently opened its first U.S. store on Bond Street in NYC, and can also be found online, or locate a store near you!
