Outfit of the Week
Twestival in Las Vegas happened on March 25. Our local social media community did great organizing the event. And our local small business owners did a great job sponsoring. Considering that Twitter founder Biz Stone was in town and that Las Vegas is home to large corporations including casinos and a popular shoe shopping website known for its leadership and involvement in Twitter as well as its corporate culture and superb customer service, I would have expected greater sponsorship and support. Sadly, it did not come from the bigger people, but instead came from the grassroots. But, isn’t that always the way it goes?
I went nude. Well, not bare naked nude, but pale and neutral, with a pop of color on my ankles and my lips. The outfit went over well, although I got a few “You’re not nude,” comments after tweeting that nude was my theme for the night. I mean… I didn’t lie. Right?
The Details:
This is the ring that Clinton Kelly blessed. Sleek, bronze clutch.

Color on my ankles. This is the same red Reese Weatherspoon wears in those Avon commercials!
